ALL PERSON(S),COMPANIES, AND/OR ENTITIES SUBSCRIBING TO THE ORIENTAL HOLISTIC OPTIONS, INC. (OHO) SERVICE ARE URGED TO READ THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AND IF THE SUBSCRIBER HAS ANY QUESTIONS TO CONTACT AN OHO REPRESENTATIVE AT: answers@ohoseminars.com.

This Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) governs the Subscribers’ use of all digital products and services from OHO these products and services are provided either directly by OHO  and its subsidiaries (“we”, “us”, “our”) or through various third party platforms and devices (e.g., mobile and tablet).

By placing an order the Subscriber agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, if the Subscriber does not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, the Subscriber should not place an order and become a Subscriber.

1. Changes to Subscriber Agreement.
   We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time by notifying the Subscriber at the time of placing each order (Terms of Agreement Page; ie this page). The changes also will appear in this document, which the Subscriber can access at the moment of checkout. By purchasing this Product or Service after changes are made to this Agreement the Subscriber signifies that the Subscriber agrees to be bound by such changes.

2. Privacy and The Subscriber Account.
   Registration data and other information about the Subscriber are subject to our Privacy Policy. The Subscribers’ information may be stored by the Subscribers’ consent to the transfer of information globally. The Subscribers’ access to OHO Service’s using a password, the Subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password.

3. Fees and Payments.
   The Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with the Subscriber’s account for OHO’s service at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If the Subscriber’s subscription includes access all areas containing selected content based on purchase. Generally, all fees and charges are non-refundable but we reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. We may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving the Subscriber notice at the time of renewal and/or purchase.

4. Terms of Cancellation and Renewal.
   This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while the Subscriber use the services. For all subscriptions, the Subscriber must cancel the subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to the Subscriber credit card. We may cancel the Subscriber subscription at any time. The Subscriber may cancel the subscription using the appropriate contact informationTermination by You. You may stop using the OHO Seminars Body Type Community Subscription Services at any time, however, termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay outstanding fees. Should you cancel your subscription, you will be charged 50% of your total contract obligation. By purchasing this product, you agree to a 12 month commitment, and understand that the penalty fee for early cancellation is 50% of the total contract. After 12 months, you may cancel at anytime without any incurred fees.

5. Subscription Policies.
   By subscribing to a Service, the Subscriber is subject to our Subscription policies, as stated above. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time and the Subscriber should refer to them at time of each renewal and/or purchase.

6. Indemnification.
   Subscriber understands that I am responsible for my personal experience and will not hold OHO at fault for any experiences I have during the training nor during my personal or professional consultancy.Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OHO and its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, distributors, representatives, and employees from any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, costs and expenses resulting from the indemnifying party’s material breach of any duty, representation, or warranty under this agreement.
7. Non-Disclosure Agreement.
   Subscriber agrees to use OHO’s sensitive and confidential educational data only for reasons pertaining to this work, and will not disclose it or allow it to be disclosed in any way unless allowed or directed to do so by OHO.  In this agreement, the definition of confidential information is that which OHO indicates as proprietary knowledge, is deemed as its intellectual property, and that may pose a risk to OHO’s intellectual property if disclosed.Subscriber acknowledges that the purchase of course(s),membership(s) and /or subscription(s) is acceptance of this policy.

8. Declarations.
   By placing a completed order, and for all subsequent orders, the Subscriber agrees to accept all terms and conditions mentioned above.
   By placing a completed order, Subscriber declares that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions specified by “OHO Seminars” Oriental Holistic Options, Inc.Subscriber also declares that they are authorized to place order and complete orders as well as take full responsibility for acceptance and payment of all future orders placed under this account.
